DOMESTIC  SHIPPING 

I ship orders daily M-F, excluding holidays. 

Items are made and shipped in the order they are received. All items ship from my South Carolina work studio via USPS First Class with tracking information,  Priority Mail upgrades, as well as Rush Order upgrades,  are available upon request. 

Please understand that all deliveries are subject to the Terms of Use and Services policy of the USPS. I provide tracking on ALL orders. Once packages leave my possession, it's up to the buyer to track their order. If a package is lost, every effort will be made to assist in locating your item. This may include initiating a lost package report with the USPS or filing a mail theft claim with your local police department. Please let me know immediately if your package has not arrived  (within the United States) within seven business days from your reception of tracking information. 

For your security, high value orders WILL require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, PLEASE be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be avaiable at the designated address, or you may pick up at your local carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders also ship with tracking,  but sometimes will not update after leaving the United States  and while clearing customs in their destination country. International orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive depending on transit and customs clearance. I have no control over customs delays affiliated with International orders.
International orders may have an extra VAT charge (import taxes/fees), that charge is the responsibility of the buyer to pay. Glendags isn't responsible for those charges 
and WILL NOT change invoices to reflect no charge or reduced charges. 
If an item is returned to me because of failure to pay the VAT fees, your purchase will be refunded MINUS the shipping cost.

At this time we are only shipping within the United States. Please e-mail glendags if you're outside the United States and are interesting in ordering,

As we go along once opened, glendags will be adding countries as we go along, so please contact glendags to see if your country has been added or can be added.

I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT 

I can NOT edit the shipping address for your purchase. Please be sure that your address or the intended recipients address is accurate PRIOR TO PAYMENT.  Customers wanting their item shipped to an address OTHER THAN the one registered at the time of purchase,  MUST  edit the "SHIP TO" address during checkout or they will be asked to resubmit their order with updated shipping information.  Orders returned to me due to an inaccurate mailing address provided at checkout, will be the sole responsibility of the BUYER. Reshipping fees will be paid by the BUYER before reshipments occur.

For security reasons, we ship to street adresses only, not to PO Boxes or similiar addresses.

You'll recieve an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. 

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let yo know why your shipment has been delayed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Glendags will send out an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number when your order id processed. This will give you the ability to track your order until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. Please be advised that depending on your inbox's security settings, our confirmation e-mail may be recived as SPAM. Check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" mail box periodically.


DELAYED SHIPMENT


During Holiday seasons, orders may suffer a slight delay in shipment due to an excessive volume of orders being fulfilled. In addituin, Glendagsjewelerly.com will not be held accountable for a delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, issues with International customs, or any other circumstances beyond the control of glendagsjewelry.com

LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS

Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third party carrier. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you the buyer upon our delivery carrier.

glendagsjewelry.com is not liable for lost or stolin packages. Please contact your mail carrier to track down your package.

When entering your shipping information, please make sure your destination is accurate and reliable.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our utmost importance to us. Unused/undamaged (non-discounted or non-personalized products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returned merchandise must include origional packaging, tags, and must be in same condition as it was recieved.

Silver/gold vermeil/plated
discoloration issues and broken items reported after 30 days are subject to our review. Any discolorationissues/broken items after 30 days will be directed to our REPAIRS PORTAL.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted or personalized items*
(Anything purchased with a promotional discount code is considered "discounted" and subject to this polocy) THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

This includes engraving, stamping, cuetom orders and all item listed in our Personalization section. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being recieved.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS

You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping to return your item to us.

*We cannot create return labels for domestic/International orders!


REFUNDS

Refunds will be made in the form of the origional payment. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount only. It may take up to 5 business days for the credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. Origional shipping charges are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

For all online or exchages, please e-mail glenda@glendagsjewelry.com for further assistance. For products purchased through a boutique please contact the store directly.

POST ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Our customers are given a 10-minute window to make any post-order changes or cancellations after your purchase. This applies to ALL orders. Please e-mail glenda@glendagsjewelry.comwithin this time frame.

No exceptions will be made.
